There are six types of anisthita bhakti (unsteady bhakti), utsahamayi means having false confidence and being a neophyte devotee. Than ghana-tarala, is that sometimes your bhajana is going up and sometimes your bhajana is going down with you sometimes chanting sixteen rounds, sometimes and sometimes chanting zero rounds.  Then there is vyudha-vikalpa which means the indecision stage; what to do and how to do it.  Will I do it with my wife and children or in the renounced order? Mahaprabhu said:
antare niṣṭhā kara, bāhye loka-vyavahāra
acirāt kṛṣṇa tomāya karibe uddhāra
Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu continued: "Within your heart you should keep yourself very faithful, but externally you may behave like an ordinary man. Thus Kṛṣṇa will soon be very pleased and deliver you from the clutches of māyā".

So don’t become mad. If you cannot control your senses then stay with your wife.  And chant every day and give respect to your wife, husband and children.

Ambarisa Maharaja was a householder and he attained his perfection goal.  The Pandavas were also Grhastha.  Bhakti is not different whether you are a Brahmacari, Grhastha, Vanaprastha or Sanyassi. Bhakti is not different whether you are Indian or a Westerner.  Bhakti-devi will manifest to those who perform bhajana and sadhana.  Bhakti is how you chant, how much you serve Guru and Krsna and how much steadiness, nistha, you have with Guru and Krsna. Guru nistha, Nama nistha and bhajana nistha. 

This is very important. How much love and affection you have for Guru and Krsna.  This life you will do bhajana and sadhana. You have a brain you can discriminate. The best life is a devotee life.  Mahaprabhu said to Jagadananda Pandit in Prema Vivarta ‘hey Jagadananda, listen in the renounced order or a householder, everyday you should chant the Holy names’. Sometimes you should go to a solitary place and chant. 

The next stage is Niyama-aksama means unable to maintain to all the rules and regulations of scripture. Sometimes you will take a vow.  I will chant sixty-four rounds of the holy names but the next week you are sick and cannot maintain your vow. Then Visaya-sangara means struggling with sense gratification. Sometimes you conquer it and sometimes you are defeated. Taranga-rangini follows, which means dancing in the waves of name and fame.  This is very dangerous. 

After bhajana-kryia, Visvanatha Cakravartipada explains anartha nivritti, which is how to gradually clear unwanted things from your heart.  There are four kinds of unwanted things, anarthas. These are duskrtottha, sukrtottha, bhakty-uttha and aparadhottha, which arise in your heart. Duskrtottha means that in a previous life you committed many sinful activities so for this regard there are many kinds of sickness, disease.  Sukrtottha means that in a previous life you performed many kinds of pious activities, so in this life you have much wealth. This is not good. If you have a lot of money you cannot chant the Holy names because you are always absorbed in maintaining it. Bhakty-uttha means that in the beginning of the cultivation of bhakti. Then offenses against the Holy Name is called aparadhottha, these are offenses committed against a Vaisnava, Nama aparadha, Seva aparadha, which will all be destroyed by the chanting of the Holy names. Loudly chant:

But by only chanting the Holy names, all offenses will not go away? So what will you do? Serve Guru and Vaisnavas.  Mahaprabhu instructed.
prabhu kahe, — “vaiṣṇava-sevā, nāma-saṅkīrtana
dui kara, śīghra pābe śrī-kṛṣṇa-caraṇa
The Lord replied: “You should engage yourself in the service of the servants of Kṛṣṇa and always chant the holy name of Kṛṣṇa. If you do these two things, you will very soon attain shelter at Kṛṣṇa’s lotus feet.

One who chants the Holy names is a Vaisnava as is one who continuously chants and takes darshan. Vaisnava seva, nama sankirtan.  This is very important.  Chant the Holy names with your mouth and serve Vaisnavas with your hands.  This is the teaching of Jagannatha dasa Babaji Maharaja.  He chanted loudly.

Gurudeva singing:
kiya abhiman to fir man nahin paayega
hoga pyare vahi jo sri Rama ji ko bhaayega
iya abhiman to fir man nahin paayega
hoga pyare vahi jo sri Rama ji ko bhaayega
fal asha tyag subh ka Rama karte rahiye
jahi vidhi raakhe Rama tahi vidhi rahiye
Sita Rama Sita Rama Sita Rama kahiye
jahi vidhi raakhe Rama tahi vidhi rahiye
Sita Rama Sita Rama Sita Rama
Always chant the holy names and be absorbed with Guru and Krsna.
samsara-duhkha-jaladhau patitasya kama-
krodhadi-nakra-makaraih kavali-krtasya
durvasana-nigaditasya nirasrayasya
caitanya-candra mama dehi padavalambam
Oh Caitanya Candra, I have fallen into an ocean of misery where I have been made a mouthful for the crocodiles and sharks of lust, anger, and so forth. Kindly give this destitute person, chained to wicked desires, the shelter of Your lotus feet.

Hey Caitanya Mahaprabhu, give shelter at your Lotus feet. I am drowning in the ocean of material existence. In this material existence there are many crocodiles which are lust and anger. They are coming and try to hold on to me.  Durvasana means bad desires are coming.  In Kali Yuga Lord Caitanya will give mercy.

ye jana gauranga bhaje
sei amara prana re
Worship Gauranga, speak of Gauranga, chant Gauranga's name. Whoever worships Sri Gauranga is My life and soul.

Hey Sacinanadana please protect me.  Gaurachandra please give me shelter. 

Also there are another four types of anarthas, unwanted things in the heart of the devotee. You don’t know who you are, what is your Svarupa, are you a man or woman?  You are the eternal servant of Krsna? You don’t know if your mood is madhurya, sweetness mood. Then you will have a Gopi form. Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura explains in Jaiva Dharma everything is there, eyes, nose hands, everything is there. This body is useless and contaminated with all kinds of things, such as coming from your nose, or mouth.  Our sastra says if you touch your nose you have to wash your hands. The body has nine doors and many windows. They are called pores and cause sweating. But the good thing coming from your mouth is:

Krsna is coming from your mouth. Listen to Hari Katha and Krsna will be entering your ears. When you chant the Holy names then you will know your spiritual form.  Caitanya Mahaprabhu says this:
ceto-darpana-marjanam bhava-maha-davagni-nirvapanam
shreyah-kairava-chandrika-vitaranam vidya-vadhu-jivanam
anandambudhi-vardhanamprati-padam purnamritasvadanam
sarvatma-snapanam param vijayate sri-krishna-sankirtanam
Glory to the Sri Krishna Sankirtana, which cleanses the heart of all the dust accumulated for years and extinguishes the fire of conditional life, of repeated birth and death. This sankirtan movement is the prime benediction for humanity at large because it spreads the rays of the benediction moon. It is the life of all transcendental knowledge. It increases the ocean of transcendental bliss, and it enables us to fully taste the nectar for which we are always anxious.

Serve Guru and Vaisnava.  Learn sastra. Your whole life you chant the Holy names and then you will realise your beautiful transcendental form. Listen to Hari Katha and associate with Sadhu. 
nitya-siddha kṛṣṇa-prema ‘sādhya’ kabhu naya
śravaṇādi-śuddha-citte karaye udaya
Pure love for Kṛṣṇa is eternally established in the hearts of the living entities. It is not something to be gained from another source. When the heart is purified by hearing and chanting, this love naturally awakens.

Then one day you will give up this body and go to Goloka, and serve Srimati Radhika and become her maidservant. Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura said this.
dekhite dekhite,  bhulibo vā kabe,
nayane heribo,  braja-pura-śobhā,
nitya cid-ānanda-moya (1)
When will I be able to leave this plane of my gross bodily identity far behind? Within a split second, I will completely forget about all these false external affairs and behold the exquisite beauty of the transcendental realm of Vraja, which is completely paraded with eternal, conscious bliss.
jamunā-salila-āharaṇe giyā,
bujhibo yugala-rasa
prema-mugdha ho’ye,  pāgalinī-prāya,
gāibo rādhāra yaśa (4)
As I go with a water pot on my head to draw water from the Yamuna river, I shall cherish remembrance of the mellow of conjugal love that unite Sri Radha with Krsna. Thus being enchanted by Their divine love, I will madly sing the glories of Sri Radha just like a raving lunatic.

Dekhite Dekhite means to perform bhajan and sadhana.  Then you will forget your material and subtle body and realise your transcendental body. Probably at that time you will have transcendental madness.

Gurudeva sings: Radhe Radhe Radhe… And also singing: 
Radha tu meri swamini
Main Radhey ko daas
Janam janam mohe dijiye
Sri vrindavan ko daas
I discussed Radha Tattva. If you want to know Radha Tattva you have to do bhajana and sadhana. Sadhana means sraddha, sadhu-sanga, bhajana-kriya, anartha-nivrtti, nistha, ruci, asakti, bhava and prema. Within prema are sneha, maan, pranaya, raga, anuraga, bhava and mahabhava. Rudha, adirudha, modana and madanakya mahabhava.

Srimati Radhika is also the embodiment of madanakya mahabhava. But the conditioned soul has no idea what this is. Srila Rupa Goswamipada explained how to develop our sadhana and attain Srimati Radhika.  I explained about anartha nivrtti, which is how to remove unwanted things from our hearts and that there are four kinds of anarthas, which are duskrtottha anartha, sukrtottha anartha, bhakty-uttha anartha and aparadhottha anartha.

I worship Sri Radhika, whose braided hair, which is filled with various kinds of blooming flowers, resembles the spread out tail of a peacock that is dizzy of amorous feelings, and whose spotless cheeks are coloured red with the pan that emanated from Madhuripu's (Krsna's) mouth.

sphurad-aghabhid-anargha-prema-manikya-petimdhrta-madhura-vinodam radhikam arcayami (5)
I worship Sri Radhika, Whose heart is sprinkled by pure intimate affection for Lalita, Whose all-round mood of friendship for Visakha is well known, Who is a box filled with priceless jewels of love for Krsna and Who is sweetly playful."

Rupa Goswamipada explains how to chant. I am sitting on the bank of the Yamuna.  Srimati Radhika is there all our Guru Varga is there and I am sitting very close to Guru, and Caitanya Mahaprabhu.  Srila Rupa Goswamipada, who is Rupa Manjari, collected some flowers and under the guidance of Lalita-devi made a very nice, beautiful garland for Srimati Radhika’s hair. In the meantime, a peacock came out of the cave of Giriraja Govardharn, saw the flowers in Her hair and became very upset, because the peacock is very proud of his own beauty. 

When you go on parikrama of Giriraja Govardharn sometimes you can see the peacocks displaying their tail feathers and start to dance. Everyone is also attracted and takes darshan. The peacock became upset because Srimati Radhika’s hair is very beautiful and attractive. Her hair is incomparable. The peacock started running and went into the cave of Giriraja Govardharn.

Then another sweet pastime manifested in Srila Rupa Goswamipada heart.  Rupa Manjari prepared very nice betel nuts which is also called pan and gave to Srimati Radhika.  Then Srimati Radhika offered them to Krsna. Then as Krsna was chewing the betel nuts His lips became a very beautiful reddish colour. And Srimati Radhika was looking at how Krsna’s very nice, beautiful lips were a reddish colour which automatically came from the betel nuts. Srimati Radhika was thinking how Krsna has such deep attachment, anuraga for me. Our sastra says that the deep reddish colour means deep attachment. 

So when Srimati Radhika was looking at Krsna’s lips and thinking Krsna has so much anuraga, attachment for me, He was thinking another thing. What was Krsna thinking? He was thinking that Srimati Radhika is very greedy to take my remnants. Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura explains Srimati Radhika cooks very nice prasad for Krsna. 
ādhikāra pakka anna vividha byañjana
parama ānande kṛṣṇa korena bhajana (8)
In great ecstasy and joy Krsna eats the rice, curried vegetables, sweets, and pastries cooked by Srimati Radharani.

Danistha-devi brings Krsna remnants to Srimati Radhika and She distributes it to all her subjects. So Krsna is thinking Srimati Radhika wants my remnants. When Krsna gave his remnants to Srimati Radhika then Her left wing mood, Her maan is coming.  

Then Srimati Radhika turned her face away and said ‘I don’t want to take your remnants, you are blackish’. Then Krsna forcefully embraced Srimati Radhika and kissed Her cheeks, with very nice circle marks showing on Her cheeks where He has kissed Her.  Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura who is Kamala Manjari said this.  
yamuna-puline, kadamba-kanane, ki herinu sakhi! aja
shyama vamshidhari, mani-mancopari, kare’ lila rasaraja (1)
O sakhi! What did I see today! In a kadamba grove on the bank of Yamuna, a beautiful blackish boy holding a long flute was seated on a jeweled throne, performing His pastimes as rasa-raja, the monarch of all transcendental mellows.
ghare na jaiba, vane praveshiba, o lila-rasera tare
tyaji’ kula-laja, bhaja vraja-raja, vinoda minati kare (4)
To taste the nectar of these lilas I will not return home but will enter the forest. Renouncing all family ties, just worship the Lord of Vraja. This is Bhaktivinoda’s humble request.
(Yamuna-puline Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura)

Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura in this way expressed his own internal desires. I will go on the bank on the Yamuna to fetch water and I will see Krsna embracing Srimati Radhika and making circles on Her cheek. I will go to the assembly of Sakhis and glorify this. This is called a high level of remembrance according to your eligibility your adikara. But you start with Manah-Siksa, Sri Siksastakam, and then go to Srila Rupa Goswamipada slokas and your heart will be overjoyed and chant.

Then automatically all of your anarthas, unwanted things will be destroyed from your heart. This is the process.  I also explained in my book Jewels of the Heart how to chant the Holy Names and have bhakti manifest in your heart. 

After anartha-nivrtti, then nistha, steadiness will come.  Steadiness means ‘even if my body is cut to pieces and I give up my life I will never stop chanting the Lord’s Holy name’ (Haridasa Thakura said this). Never give up Guru and Harinama.  Srila Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada explained without nama nistha, Guru nistha, bhajana nistha you will never attain your highest perfection and your bhajana and sadhana will never develop. Guru nistha Guru bhakti, this is called the backbone of your bhajana and sadhana.  One who has Guru nistha he can deliver the three worlds. Then there is Radha nistha. Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada explains:
asa-bharair amrta-sindhu-mayaih kathancit
kalo mayati-gamitah kila sampratam hi
tvam cet krpam mayi vidhasyasi naiva kim me
pranair vrajena ca varoru bakarinapi
For me, the present moment is somehow flooded by a nectar ocean of many hopes. If You do not give Your mercy, then of what use to me are this life, the land of Vraja, and Sri Krsna, the enemy of Baka?                     
(Vilapa-kusumanjali, Verse 102)

Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada performed austerities on the bank of Radha Kunda. He maintained his life by drinking a little bit of buttermilk and sometimes eating chickpeas. Krsna came and told Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada ‘I am very pleased with your hard austerities so I can give blessings to you’.   Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada told Krsna that he did not want His blessings only Srimati Radhika’s blessings.  This is Radha nistha.

Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada told Krsna’ hey Bakari Krsna, if Srimati Radhika will not give mercy I may give up my body on the bank of Radha Kunda’.

Yesterday I explained that Radha nistha means one-pointed with Srimati Radhika, This is Manjari bhava and Caitanya Mahaprabhu distributed this mood all over the world.  Before Caitanya Mahaprabhu no one discussed Radha nistha katha.  There are three types of Gopis in there.  One is called Krsna nistha, and they have one-pointed devotion to Krsna such as Danistha.  But they love Srimati Radhika also, because they make arrangements in Vrindavana for Radha and Krsna’s sweet pastimes. Then they are Gopis who love both Radha and Krsna and they are Lalita and Visakha.  Radha nistha are the Manjaris, Rupa Manjari and Rati Manjari.  They are one pointed with Srimati Radhika.  
madisa-nathatve vraja-vipina-candram vraja-vane-
svarim tan-nathatve tad-atula-sakhitve tu lalitam
visakham siksali-vitarana-gurutve priya-saro-
girindrau tat-preksa-lalita-rati-datve smara manah
O mind, always remember Vrindavana-Candra Sri Krsna,  as the Lord of my Swamini Srimati Radhika’s life, Vrindavanesvari Srimati Radhika as my mistress, Sr Lalita as Her peerless friend, Sri Visakha as the instructing guru and Sri Radha Kunda and Giriraja Govardharn as those who grant darshan of Sri Radha Krsna and bestow sublime attachment for Them.

madisa-nathatve vraja-vipina-candram vraja-vane: If you read Manah-Siksa,  Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada explains with his heart how to serve Srimati Radhika. Srimati Radhika loves Krsna, so for this regard I give respect to Krsna and serve Him.  Gurudeva said you give respect to someone who loves Guru.

Janam janam mohe dijiye
Sri vrindavan ko vaas
In Vrindavana, Vrajavasis are singing this song.  Radha tu meri swamini Srimati Radhika is my mistress.  I am the maidservant of Srimati Radhika. Life after life, Srimati Radhika, please let me take birth in Vrindavana.  And you stay in Vrindavana where Srimati Radhika and Krsna perform many pastimes.  Srimati Radhika puts her footsteps in Vrindavana.  You will not go to the place of Candravali.

Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada lives on the banks of Radha Kunda. Once an old man a Vrajavasi, used to bring some buttermilk in small leaf cups.  One day he brought buttermilk in a large leaf cup.  Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada asked the Vrajavasi very humbly ‘hey every day you bring milk in a small leaf cup but today you bring it in a large leaf cup.  Where did you get it’? The Vrajavasi very humbly said ‘today I went to Candravali’s place Sakhi Sthali, and saw these big leaf cups’.  When Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada heard that the Vrajavasi went to Sakhi Sthali, he became very angry and took a stick and tried to beat him.  Candravali is the rival of my Swamini Srimati Radhika. She kidnapped Srimati Radhika in her kunja.   This is the mood of Srila Raghunatha dasa Goswamipada.

There are five processes to practice raganuga bhajana. Never meditate on Rukmini in Dvarka. If you want to submerge yourself in Vraja prema be very careful of this.  I say this because of nistha.  Nistha with your Guru, nama, bhajana and sastra.   There are five obstacles to achieving nistha.  Sweetness will be there.  Sweetness comes when you chant the Holy names or listen to Hari Katha, and remembering, and especially when you meditate on your Gayatri mantra.  Sometimes you forget because which mantra you are chanting especially in Kali Yuga as it is very difficult to concentrate.  Sastra says loudly chant the Holy Names.

Jiva Goswamipada explains in Kali Yuga loudly chant and automatically your mind will be focused.  Give attention how to serve Guru and Vaisnava and give up all offenses, aparadha.  Chanting the Holy Names and committing offenses means that your bhajana will not come. One lakh of chanting means one lakh of offenses committed.  So while chanting without a passport, without a visa, give up going here and there.  It is very difficult to control your mind.  There are two reasons why your mind is going here and there.  One is you past life impressions and second, offenses aparadha.  So chant the Holy Names.

So concentrate your mind. If you are sick it is very difficult to concentrate.  Or you are chanting and a sweet smell is coming from the kitchen you think ‘oh today there is very nice prasad’.

After you cross the level of nistha, ruci, taste will come.  If you are hungry then much taste will come. For the fist few days you will eat anything that comes.  When you realise my aim and objective is to attain Krsna then so much taste will come, ruci and attachment to Krsna.  Materialistic people have attachment to material things.  In the same way sadhakas have deep attachment with Guru and Harinama.  

After nistha and ruci then asakti and bhava, prema will be there.  Once you get to bhava, then you will realise you spiritual form your siddha-deha. Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura explains:
dekhite dekhite,  bhulibo vā kabe,
nayane heribo,  braja-pura-śobhā,

Went I am chanting and performing bhajana and sadhana then all my anarthas will be destroyed.  Then slowly I will see transcendental Vraja, Radha, Krsna the Gopis everything. You will see transcendental Vraja-bhumi. bhūmiś cintāmaṇi-gaṇa-mayī toyam amṛtam, kathā gānaṁ nāṭyaṁ gamanam (CC Madhaya 14.227).  Then you realise your transcendental name, nama , rupa, guna everthing.  You will see your very nice beautiful form.  Don’t imitate Rupa Manjari, Rati Manjari, and the Manjaris.  Don’t go down the line of the Babajis.  That is called stupid nonsense philosophy.

One should chant the holy name of the Lord in a humble state of mind, thinking oneself lower than the straw in the street; one should be more tolerant than a tree, devoid of all sense of false prestige, and should be ready to offer all respect to others. In such a state of mind one can chant the holy name of the Lord constantly(Sri Siksastakam Verse 3)

This is the process of how to realise your siddha-deha, your transcendental form.  When you come to this stage of bhava, prema then you will see everything.  Srimati Radhika’s form, your form, the Gopis form, how you are dancing with Srimati Radhika and Krsna and your heart will be overjoyed.  Then sneha, maan, pranaya, raga, anuraga everything will manifest in your heart. Then you will realise Radha Tattva.  All the sakhis will give instruction of how to serve Srimati Radhika. Without training you will not know how to serve.  Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura explained in this way.
palya-dāsī kori lalitā sundarī
amare loiyā kabe
śrī-rādhikā-pade kale milaibe
ajña-sebā samarpibe (1)
When will Lalita Sundari foster me as her own aspirant novice maidservant? Then later she will offer me up unto the lotus feet of Srimati Radharani, and will place me entirely at Her disposal for rendering various services according to Her own merciful orders.

When you are free from all kinds of anarthas, unwanted things, then by the causeless mercy of Srimati Radhika you will realise the five different stages panca-dasa of Ekadasa bhava, eleven moods.  You have so many qualities, such as a beautiful name, and form.  Krsna had sixty-four qualities but you have so much more than Krsna and for this regard Krsna is attracted to you. 

The five stages are Sravana-dasa, hearing Varana-dasa, acceptance, Smarana-dasa, rememberance, Apana-dasa, spiritual ecstasy, and Sampatti-dasa, attaining the highest success of prema.  Sukadeva Goswamipda said to Pariksit Maharaja ‘I am looking but your throat is completely dry, so drink some water’.  Pariksit Maharaja said ‘hey Brahman, I am drinking the sweet nectar pastimes of Krsna Katha.  I don’t want to drink anything else’.  
satāṁ prasaṅgān mama vīrya-saṁvido
bhavanti hṛt-karṇa-rasāyanāḥ kathāḥ 
taj-joṣaṇād āśv apavarga-vartmani
śraddhā ratir bhaktir anukramiṣyati
In the association of pure devotees, discussion of the pastimes and activities of the Supreme Personality of Godhead is very pleasing and satisfying to the ear and the heart. By cultivating such knowledge one gradually becomes advanced on the path of liberation, and thereafter he is freed, and his attraction becomes fixed. Then real devotion and devotional service begin.

Lord Kapiladeva told his mother Devahuti to always associate with high class, exalted rasika Guru and Sadhu and listen to very powerful Katha.  Then automatically all kinds of anarthas will disappear from your heart.  Sadhana bkakti, bhava bhakti and prema bhakti will manifest in your heart. Much intense longing will come to listen to Hari Katha.   When Krsna plays the flute the cows of Vrindavana ears stand up because they want to see the beautiful form of Krsna and drink the sweet nectar which is coming from the flute of Govinda.  They want to listen to the sweet vibration coming from the flute of Govinda, Govinda venu gita. Gurudeva sings

The Gopis will also train you in Krsna prakriti lila how to have deep attachment for Him, how to discuss with each other how to meet Him.  
karnakarni sakhi-janena vijane duti-stuti-prakriya
patyur vancana-caturi gunanika kunda-prayan nishi
vadhiryam guru-vaci venu-virutav utkarnateti vratan
kaishorena tavadya krishna guruna gauri-ganah pathyate
O Krsna, today your age of youth, in the role of Guru is teaching the Gopis the art of whispering in each other’s ears, the method of making verses of praise for messengers when alone, cleverness in cheating husbands, practice at sneaking to the forest at night, deafness to the word of elders, and rapt hearing of the sound of the flute.

Without admission to the Gopi’s college you cannot serve Radha and Krsna.
anāradhya rādhā-padāmbhoja-reṇum
anāśritya vṛndāṭavīḿ tat-padāńkam
asambhāṣya tad-bhāva-gambhīra-cittān
kutaḥ śyāma-sindho rasa-syāva-gāhaḥ
How can a person become immersed in an ocean of Syama rasa (madhurya rasa) if he has never worshipped the dust of Sri Radha’s lotus feet, if he has never taken shelter of Her pastime place Sri Vrindavana which is marked by Her feet, and if he has never associated with and served the devoteeeswhose hearts are submerged in Her profound sentiments?  It will never be possible.

Srila Rupa Goswamipada was staying in Vrindavana at Ter Kadamba. He was always absorbed with the sweet pastimes of Srimati Radhika and Srila Sanatana Goswamipada would go to see him and discuss Hari Katha with him. Srimad Bhagavatam explains that a rasika Vaisnava always stay at the pastime places of Radha and Krsna and discuss the very nice amorous pastimes of Srimati Radhika and Krsna.

Srimati Radhika came disguised as a cowherd girl in a sweet pastime. When Srila Sanatana Goswamipada and Srila Rupa Goswamipada were discussing Hari Katha, Srimati Radhika came and was cooking sweet rice.  When their Hari Katha was finished then the sweet rice was finished cooking.   For two hours Srimati Radhika was cooking sweet rice, because She wanted to listen to their Hari Katha.  Gurudeva said this.  Srila Rupa Goswamipada and Srila Sanatana Goswamipada were discussing Srimad Bhagavatam the first verse.
janmādy asya yato ’nvayād itarataś cārtheṣv abhijñaḥ svarāṭ
tene brahma hṛdā ya ādi-kavaye muhyanti yat sūrayaḥ 
tejo-vāri-mṛdāṁ yathā vinimayo yatra tri-sargo ’mṛṣā
dhāmnā svena sadā nirasta-kuhakaṁ satyaṁ paraṁ dhīmahi
O my Lord, Śrī Kṛṣṇa, son of Vasudeva, O all-pervading Personality of Godhead, I offer my respectful obeisances unto You. I meditate upon Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa because He is the Absolute Truth and the primeval cause of all causes of the creation, sustenance and destruction of the manifested universes. He is directly and indirectly conscious of all manifestations, and He is independent because there is no other cause beyond Him. It is He only who first imparted the Vedic knowledge unto the heart of Brahmājī, the original living being. By Him even the great sages and demigods are placed into illusion, as one is bewildered by the illusory representations of water seen in fire, or land seen on water. Only because of Him do the material universes, temporarily manifested by the reactions of the three modes of nature, appear factual, although they are unreal. I therefore meditate upon Him, Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, who is eternally existent in the transcendental abode, which is forever free from the illusory representations of the material world. I meditate upon Him, for He is the Absolute Truth.

Then Srila Rupa Goswamipada gave an explanation, then Srila Sanatana Goswamipada gave an explanation.  They both gave janmādy asya yato, everything is manifested by Krsna and everything is also destroyed by Him. Then Srila Rupa Goswamipada again gave another explanation. Sringara Rasa also called Parakiya Rasa manifested in Srimati Radhika.  This is also Madhurya rasa, conjugal mood.  There are two moods in this rasa.  The mood of wife and husband, Sakiya and the other mood is Parakiya, lover and beloved.  Parakiya, lover and beloved mood is the topmost mood.  Srimati Radhika manifested all kinds of mellows and all kinds of forms.  In this way Srila Rupa Goswamipada and Srila Sanatana Goswamipada discussed all tattvas minutely.

When a rasika Vaisnava discusses Rasa tattva, even Srimati Radhika will come and listen.  We are not rasika Vaisnava, we are practicing sadhakas, but by the causeless mercy of Vasinavas and Guru we are on the way. My Guru Srila Vamana Goswami Maharaja said we are practising sadhakas. He was very humble.  Srila Bhakti Prajnana Kesava Maharaja explained said once a year we should perform parikrama twice, once in Vrindavana Dham and the other in Navadvipa Dham. Srila Bhakti Prajnana Kesava Maharaja said parikrama means how to recharge our stupid mind, because our mind goes here and there In Navadvipa Dham we go to all the pastime places of Caitanya Mahaprabhu and listen to Hari Katha.  Without the causeless mercy of Caitanya Mahaprabhu you will never enter into Sringara rasa.   
atha yatha gaura-padaravinde 
vindeta bhaktim krta punya-rasih 
tatha tathot-sarpati hrdya-kasmad 
radha-padambhoja-sudhambu rasih
As a pious soul attains fortunate devotion to Gauranga and becomes absorbed in rendering service to his lotus feet, the nectar ocean of devotional ecstasy flowing from the lotus feet of Srimati Radhika gradually arises without any material causes and floods his heart.

This verse very clearly explains that if you are surrendered to the lotus feet Caitanya Mahaprabhu he will give Radha prema.    Especially in Kali Yuga, Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu will give Vraja prema.
anarpita-carīṁ cirāt karuṇayāvatīrṇaḥ kalau
samarpayitum unnatojjvala-rasāṁ sva-bhakti-śriyam
hariḥ puraṭa-sundara-dyuti-kadamba-sandīpitaḥ
sadā hṛdaya-kandare sphuratu vaḥ śacī-nandanaḥ
May the Supreme Lord who is known as the son of Śrīmatī Śacī-devī be transcendentally situated in the innermost chambers of your heart. Resplendent with the radiance of molten gold, He has appeared in the Age of Kali by His causeless mercy to bestow what no incarnation has ever offered before: the most sublime and radiant mellow of devotional service, the mellow of conjugal love.

Srila Rupa Goswamipada composed this verse. Every Yuga Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu did not come. He comes in one day of Brahma which is one thousand Yugas.  Krsna comes in the form of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu at the end of Dvarpara Yuga and the beginning of Kali Yuga.  We are very lucky.  We have to surrender to the lotus feet of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu and his Dham.
aradhitam nava-vanam vraja-kananam te
naradhitam nava-vanam vraja eva dure
aradhito dvija-suto vraja-nagaras te
naradhito dvija-suto na taveha krsnah
If you worship Navadvipa, then you also worship the forest of Vraja. If you don't worship Navadvipa, then the forest of Vraja is far away. If you worship Lord Caitanya, then you also worship Sri Radha and Krsna in Vraja. If you don't worship Lord Caitanya, then you cannot worship Sri Radha and Krsna.

Prabhodananda Saraswati very clearly explains that if you worship Navadwipa Dham then you will enter into Vrindavana.   Gurudeva said if you a bath in Navadvipa at Ghat in the Ganges where Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu jumped, then you will come to Vrindavana, Kesi Ghat.  Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu is called the embodiment of munificence.  He will give prema to everyone.
kṛṣṇa-nāma’ kare aparādhera vicāra
kṛṣṇa balile aparādhīra nā haya vikāra
There are offenses to be considered while chanting the Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra. Therefore simply by chanting Hare Kṛṣṇa one does not become ecstatic.

caitanya-nityānande nāhi e-saba vicāra
nāma laite prema dena, vahe aśrudhāra
But if one only chants, with some slight faith, the holy names of Lord Caitanya and Nityānanda, very quickly he is cleansed of all offenses. Thus as soon as he chants the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra, he feels the ecstasy of love for God.

By only chanting the Holy names you will not attain your perfection goal.  When chanting the Holy names you have to consider ten types of nama aparadha and how to remove all kinds of nama aparadha. Nama aparadha is, first, satam ninda-namnah never criticise any Sadhu. Second, never think that Siva nama is equal to Krsna nama. Third, guror avajh never dishonour Gurudeva.
tranaya karunya-ghanaghanatwam
praptasya kalyana-gunarnavasya
vande guroh sri-caranaravindam
The spiritual master is receiving benediction from the ocean of mercy. Just as a cloud pours water on a forest fire to extinguish it, so the spiritual master delivers the materially afflicted world by extinguishing the blazing fire of material existence. I offer my respectful obeisances unto the lotus feet of such a spiritual master, who is an ocean of auspicious qualities.

Every day you have to recite Sri Gurvastakam and not just give lip service.  You have to enter the deep meaning of Sri Gurvastakam and give respect to Gurudeva like Bhagavan.  You can chant less Holy names, no problem, but never commit and offense at the lotus feet of a Vaisnava. This is the instruction of our Guru Varga.     If you chant three rounds, ten rounds or twenty-five thousand rounds without offenses that is also good.  Krsnadasa Kaviraja explains that Sacinandana Gaurahari and Nityananda prabhu are merciful.

Worship Gauranga, speak of Gauranga, chant Gauranga's name. Whoever worships Sri Gauranga is My life and soul

Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu said everyone has to chant Krsna nama.  If you have love and affection for me you have to chant Krsna nama.  So for this regard we are chanting Krsna nama.
